LOW COST RENTAL FEES FOR YOUR EVENT!

Sandi Kaye's Cottage is a small, cozy, renovated one-room schoolhouse. It lacks the frills of an upscale expensive event hall but it provides affordable accommodations with basic necessities you need to host a memorable event for your child, your relatives, your co-workers or your friends. We do not host large events, but we can accommodate 50-60 people comfortably.

Carry in, carry out......

You provide the food; we offer tables, chairs, a buffet table with warmers for your food and a coffee-maker. For showers, the tables will be decorated at your request with tablecloths in neutral colors as well as centerpieces appropriate to the occasion. You are welcome to bring your own decorations. For a child's birthday party, we will provide tablecloths in colors to match your party theme.

Our goal is to eliminate some of the stressors associated with preparing for an event, and give you an opportunity to spend more time with your guests. See OUR COSTS tab for rental rates. After the event, you leave with your personal items and we clean up!

SHOWERS
Rent our Party Room for your bridal shower, baby shower or wedding shower. Our facility will accommodate 50-60 people comfortably. Your payment includes the following:

Tables and chairs (set up and ready for you to use)
2 banquet tables with warmers and coffee-maker
A gift table
Use of TV & DVD player
After party clean-up

CHILDREN’S PARTIES

We also offer the use of our facility for children's parties, age 1 to age 8. See OUR COSTS tab for per hour rate.

WEDDING CEREMONY DECORATIONS

We also rent wedding accessories, including candleabra and arch. Or you can use our facility for your small, intimate wedding. We seat up to 60 guests. See OUR COSTS tab for rental fee.

OTHER EVENTS

If you need a facility to hold a memorial service or after funeral dinner, we offer our facility free of charge (if available) Please call for information.
