SHOWERS
We know that hosting a shower can be very expensive, and our goal is to help you cut costs and enjoy your event without worry.
Room rental for bridal showers, baby showers and wedding showers is $60 per event (3-hour maximum). Most people require three hours, 1/2 hour to set up, 2 hour event, and 1/2 hour to close. Each additional hour (if needed) is $10 per hour. There are no hidden costs, just a flat fee. Our facility will accommodate 50-60 people. Your payment includes the following:
Tables and chairs (set up and ready for use)
2 banquet tables with warmers and coffee-maker
A gift table
An event-appropriate box for cards
Use of TV & DVD player
After party clean-up
Tablecloths, centerpieces, paper products, coffee and banner included in cost; additional decorations $15.00.
CHILDREN'S PARTIES
We also offer the use of our facility for birthday parties. The cost is $50 per three hour event. Each additional hour is $10.00. Your cost includes the following:
Tables and chairs (set up and ready for use)
2 banquet tables for your food
Tablecloths in colors to match your party theme
A gift table
Use of TV & DVD player
After party clean-up
WEDDINGS
We also rent wedding ceremony decorations, including candelabra and arch. Please call for prices on our rentals.
Our facility may be rented for small intimate weddings. Please call to discuss. We seat 50 to 60 people. Wedding decorations including a brass heart-shaped arch, matching brass candleabra, unity candle and kneeling bench are included in the cost of $150 per event (Minister provided). No flowers are provided with the exception of arrangement on arch. Candles are provided.
You are encouraged to visit our facility to see if we can meet your needs.
Please note: We do not have a dressing room for bride.
OTHER EVENTS
If you need a facility to hold a memorial service or after funeral dinner, we offer our facility free of charge (if available). Please call for information.

Need entertainment? Edsel the Clown will provide face painting and balloon animals for your child's birthday party at a cost of $70 . He will stay one hour.
Edsel will include magic tricks and stay the length of the party for a total cost of $100.
If your child is afraid of clowns, Edsel will provide services without clown make-up.
